Job DescriptionSalary:

Overall Responsibility:

To be the working supervisor of an installation crew

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

̈ To ensure proper installation of concrete walls per SWA specifications

̈ To assign installation duties to the appropriate subordinates

̈ To enforce subordinate compliance with all Company safety policies

̈ To maintain a high level of teamwork among subordinates

̈ To cross train subordinates in all facets of installation

̈ To maintain adequate inventory of supplies on installation truck

̈ To ensure scheduled preventive maintenance of truck and installation equipment is performed in a timely manner

̈ To maintain high level of customer satisfaction

̈ Travel as required

̈ Other duties as assigned

̈ Crane signal proficiency

̈ Properly anticipate overnight travel requirements and plan for such

̈ To represent the Company in a professional manner while on Company payroll and offer assistance to sales prospects who may have questions on a site by carrying sales literature and cards in crew truck

̈ To assure all end-of-job procedures are completed daily

Skills and Attributes:

̈ Interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written

̈ Ability to perform all of subordinate's duties

̈ Ability to read production and/or customer blueprints

̈ Ability to operate tampers, transit, generators and other installation equipment, including Total Station

̈ Ability to manually lay out job site

̈ Ability to drive standard transmission 1 ton truck

̈ Ability to manage crew helpers

̈ Ability to understand and perform official crane signals

̈ Ability to maintain personal composure in the midst of a crisis

̈ Ability to hold privileged communications and information confidential

̈ Basic mechanical skills

̈ Knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing procedures

̈ SWA installation certification

̈ Willing to work as required to meet daily installation schedules

̈ Willing to wear Company provided uniforms

̈ Possess good personal hygiene habits

Experience Requirement:

Possess and retain a valid driver's license for non-CDL transport

Education Requirement:

̈ High School diploma

̈ High School graduate level math skills, including algebraic / geometric application skills
