- Lead a team of at least one Install Helper
- You will work hands on with your crew while installing a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Ensuring complete and accurate forms in job folders
- Oversees the tracking of all unused materials and returning or reusing on another job as applicable
- Oversees the inventory of all truck and warehouse material and product stock
- Maintains safety and quality as a top priority
- Experience in residential replacement and retrofit HVAC systems is required
- Knowledgeable in local HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications
- Must display effective communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Be able to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions per company procedures and policies
- Must provide basic hand tools
- Excellent attention to detail
