Manage, coach, and mentor the Sales Support team to ensure the seamless performance of sales administrative processes;Maintain and manage the knowledge transfer on the usage of sales tech tools;Maintain and manage relevant sales data from sales tools (i.e., Salesforce and others);Support the onboarding process and requirements of CCO new hires;Leverage sales tools including the sales enablement platform to track key activities and create process improvements;Work closely with the Sales Analytics team in using reports and dashboards to identify trends and discover areas needing improvements;Roll out process improvements and sales process updates;Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, and delivering regular insights to the business;Create and maintain a solid sales process to support the team to work efficiently and effectively by enabling the team to work smarter, and create opportunities and grow existing clients;Collaborate with the leadership and support team to ensure data hygiene and process streamlining; andSupport the company's sales strategies to ensure profitability and continued revenue growth.
Do you have what it takes to become a Sales Operations Manager?Requirements:At least two years of BPO experience in a relevant position, along with some people management experienceAbility to work flexible hoursProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and Google SuiteUnderstanding of end-to-end sales processOperations and Performance ManagementData analysisSalesforce process and managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge in creating sales reports and analysis, optimizing sales process, and presenting business reviews and performance
