    Job Overview: As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our company's financial health and ensuring sound financial practices. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with predominantly onsite working days.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
    • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue trends.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience (10 years) in financial management or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
    • Proficiency in financial software Quickbooks.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
