Responsibilities:

You will meet with customers who have purchased a vehicle and finalize all paperwork related to the transaction
Supply customers with information related to their purchase
Build strong rapport with customers and banks
Process customer contracts and miscellaneous paperwork
Work closely with sales management to process funding and paperwork

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Outgoing and friendly
Quality customer service skills
Strong interpersonal and communications, inperson and over the phone
Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
