Carnival Maritime, located in Folcroft, PA, is seeking a Technical Purchaser (f/m/d) to join our team.

Our company specializes in marine operations and is dedicated to providing the highest standards of safety, health, environmental protection, and compliance for cruise ships.

Our focus is on promoting effective communication and efficient processes between ship and shore.

With a goal of achieving net carbon-neutral ship operations by 2050, we have established a new center of excellence to support our company in defining and executing our decarbonization strategy and addressing technological challenges.

As a Technical Purchaser, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of all technical materials and services, in accordance with specified quality and standards.

This includes managing requests for offers, selecting suppliers based on strategic recommendations, resolving discrepancies and handling claims, and coordinating the supply chain from requisition to delivery.

You will also be expected to promote continuous improvement, both within the department and with our suppliers.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Maritime Management, as well as previous experience in procurement.

Fluency in English and proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel, are also required.
