About Us
We - impeak GmbH - support E.ON in customer service to ensure sustainable energy supply nationwide. We advise private customers and businesses on innovative energy solutions such as green electricity, natural gas, wall boxes, etc.


As a long-standing partner of E.ON, we currently manage several E.ON customer centers and are currently looking for a Sales Advisor for our E.ON customer center (m/f/d) at our location in Junction City, OR.


Your Responsibilities

  • Customer service at the E.ON customer center
  • Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Fridays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
  • Implementation of marketing measures in the store
  • Energy consulting and contract adjustments for existing E.ON customers
  • Ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for customers in our energy store
  • Handling complaints and actively assisting with customer inquiries

Your Profile

  • Ideally, some experience as a salesperson (m/f/d) in retail or similar knowledge in customer consulting
