- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets within the Technology Services vertical
- Lead, mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and cultivating new partnerships to drive growth
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including recruitment, marketing and operations teams, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain our competitive edge
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sales processes, tools and techniques to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
- 8+ years of proven sales leadership experience in the IT staffing industry, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth
- Deep understanding of the Chicagoland IT staffing market, including key players, trends and opportunities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mindset
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute actionable plans to achieve long-term objectives
