    About the Role

    The Manager of Marketing holds ultimate responsibility for F.I.R.S.T. Institute's marketing activities and oversees the development and delivering a fully integrated marketing strategy for the school.

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Development and implementation of the brand strategy
    • Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing programs
    • Overseeing marketing strategy implementation - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
    • Working closely with the school's Admissions team, enabling them to meet their enrollment objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations
    • Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
    • Ensuring that the marketing team implements the marketing objectives
    • Work closely with the educational management team to define marketing materials?and programs
    • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media?reputation and recognition
    • Developing, delivering, and managing marketing, advertising, and communications strategies for the organization from start to finish
    • Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends
    • Researching demand for our products and services
    • Competitor research
    • Identifying potential students and how to reach them
    • Understanding and developing marketing budgets that can meet the enrollment goals set by the institution
    • Building brand awareness and positioning
    • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
    Other Duties
    • Due to the forever-changing environment in the marketing field, other duties and responsibilities can be assigned as needed by leadership to achieve enrollment goals and retainment requirements for students.
    Recommended Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing OR equivalent experience of success in mid-senior level marketing roles
    • A confident, driven, and dynamic leader
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities
    • Experience in video production, photography, and or graphic design.
    Physical Requirements
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
    • Must be able to physically access and navigate each department at our facility.
    The salary range for this role is $75 - $85 annually.
