    Your Role:

    - Assist the Director of Human Resources in various HR functions, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, HRIS management, and employee engagement events planning.
    - Collaborate with the team, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


    • Key Responsibilities:

    - Manage the recruitment process from job postings to offers and background checks.
    - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
    - Administer benefits, payroll, and HRIS systems.
    - Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events.

    Who We're Looking For:

    Requirements:

    - 2-3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment (non-entry level).
    - Proficiency in talent acquisition, onboarding, and general HR administration.
    - Experience with an ATS and preferably ADP Workforce Now.
    - Knowledge of HR best practices, principles, and laws.
    - Associate degree in HR or related field (Bachelor's preferred).



    - Fluency in English/Spanish is advantageous.
    - Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required, along with familiarity with PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
    - Understanding of payroll processes is a plus.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    - Hourly rate: $24 - $28, based on experience.
