- Technical Expertise:

- Reporting and Analytics:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in managing field service teams, preferably in the window and door manufacturing industry.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
