    Description
    Our client is looking for a Project Manager with strong event experience to join their team

    This is a full time, direct hire position, requiring 2 days per week at their office in Ballard, Seattle. Candidates will also need to travel twice a year, likely to NYC.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    Scheduling, registration, budgeting, and timelines for a variety of onsite and virtual events. The client hosts 2 in-person events annually, as well as 50+ virtual events and workshops throughout the year
    Managing virtual and in-person exhibit halls
    Collaborating with the training team on webinar schedules and content
    Manage post-event recordings, handouts, etc
    Reporting to and supporting the Event Manager

    The ideal candidate will have:

    3+ years of event and/or project management experience
    Experience using a project management tool such as Airtable
    Experience working at a creative or marketing agency is a plus but not required
    Attention to detail and a structured/buttoned-up working style is critical to success in this role
    A desire to join a small, tightly-knit company that is growing rapidly


    In addition to vacation days, the company has 16 days off, attend weekly happy hours, strive for 4pm closes on Thursdays.
