    Customer Service Representative


    Pay Rate:
    $18+/hr. DOE


    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Contact customers with overdue accounts via telephone to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding debts.
    Document all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly in the company's database.
    Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion.
    Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets while adhering to compliance regulations.


    Required Qualifications:
    1+ yrs in clerical/customer service role
    Excellent customer service and listening skills
    Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
    Accurate data entry skills and working knowledge of Word and Excel
