YFC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor/Intern Program Manager to join us in working with a dynamic team of 3-5 master level (MSW, MA counseling) interns committed to our mission:Responsibilities:The Clinical Supervisor/Intern Program Manager handles the performance and talent development of their interns, provides clinical supervision for them, and facilitates weekly consult groups.
The supervisor will carry a reduced caseload of clients to be available to manage clinical crises and provide clinical back-up, as needed.
Job Requirements:
Clinical licensure in social work or related field (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, etc.) 5+ years of experience post-licensure Experience delivering clinical supervision Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS Some evening work included Positive attitude and willingness to engage with YFC's mission: "Opening Doors to Mental Healthcare So People Can Cope, Heal, and Thrive
