We are a hot-dip galvanizing company within a medium-sized corporate group, whose main field of activity is the corrosion protection of steel.

We are looking for reinforcement for our team:

Your Area of Responsibility - Exciting and Diverse:

You will have overall responsibility for our plant in Trusetal with currently around 48 employees. Two galvanizing plants are operated at the site, one of which was put into operation two years ago.
You ensure that all technical and commercial matters are planned, carried out and monitored in accordance with the guidelines of the management and legal requirements.
You carry out strategic planning for the site, also in terms of sales and quality policy.
You maintain personal contact with employees, customers, suppliers, management and department management.
You lead and motivate your employees in production on an equal footing and make independent personnel decisions.

Your Profile - Qualified and Competent:

You have at least a completed technical or commercial training, ideally you are a technician, master, engineer or technical business administrator.
You have a confident demeanor, can lead employees independently and enjoy taking responsibility in the workplace.
You keep an overview even in hectic situations, work in a team and resultsoriented manner
