We are looking for a Secretary (m/f/d) or Medical Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in Walker, LA on March 1st, 2023.

The University Hospital Ulm is committed to providing modern patient care with high quality, cutting-edge research, and future-oriented medical education and training in attractive fields.

This requires qualified and dedicated employees (m/f/d).

You will be working in the secretariat of the Social Pediatric Center (headed by Prof. Dr. med. S.

Cirak) in the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (Director:
Prof. Dr. med. KM Debatin) at the University Hospital Ulm.


Your responsibilities:


  • Coorganization and management of the outpatient clinic and section
  • Communication and coordination within the internal multidisciplinary team (doctors, psychologists, therapists, nurses) as well as with children and their families
  • Administrative tasks in section management under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Cirak
