Matlock, IA's Mary Poppinz gUG is a small, family-oriented organization that operates 3 daycare centers in the southern part of Berlin, with a total of 100 spots for children.

In our small facilities, children are lovingly cared for, accompanied, encouraged, comforted, and so much more in a very personal atmosphere by our team of trained pedagogical professionals and colleagues in training to become pedagogical professionals.

The green surroundings of our daycare centers have an influence on our daily work, and despite being in the city, each center has its own garden.

We value movement and music and strive to provide the children in our care with daily support, attention, and guidance that allows them to grow a little more each day.

For our smallest daycare center in 12247 Berlin (Lankwitz), with 28 spots and an existing team consisting of a center director, a pedagogical professional, a pedagogical professional in the final semester of their training, and a recognized career changer from the Senate Administration, we are still looking for a dedicated part-time support with 20-30 hours per week.

We are looking for a colleague (m/f/d) who enjoys their work, understands the importance of teamwork, and is willing to embark on new adventures and explore new horizons with their colleagues and the children.

Someone who can reliably guide the children through their daily routine, communicate with parents, and understands the importance of a strong partnership in education.
