- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned commercial food equipment. (Adjust, align, assemble, calibrate, inspect, lubricate and test)
- Analyze equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements or repairs.
- Manage vehicle inventory, maintenance and appearance.
- Respond to service calls and maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including service reports and inventory records.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds without assistance.

Job Summary
