Job description:

As a member of our team in Mayfield Heights, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, installations, and repairs on our medical devices and accessories.

You will also be in charge of managing our customers and products in all service-related matters, including documentation. You will work closely with the sales, product management, and development departments.

The ideal candidate will have a completed education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or medical technology, or a comparable education in a hospital setting.

Previous experience in field service is preferred, but experience in medical technology is not mandatory as we provide thorough training.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a self-sufficient and structured work style, and the willingness to travel for work with overnight stays.

The ideal candidate will also reside in the Koblenz-Montabaur-Limburg area (Gackenbach location).
