WELCOME TO HAAG-STREIT HAAG-STREIT Germany, based in Wedel near Hamburg, sees itself as a full-service provider for doctors and clinics in ophthalmology.

In addition to sales, marketing and technical service for the entire product portfolio, HAAG-STREIT is also an experienced planner for new practices and clinic facilities as well as their relocations.

We also offer our customers surgical microscopes from HAAG-STREIT Surgical (formerly MÖLLER-WEDEL) for all disciplines.

To strengthen our technical service team, we are looking for a service technician (m/f/d) medical technology for the sales region of North Rhine-Westphalia, parts of Hesse, parts of Lower Saxony, and Rhineland-Palatinate as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities Ensuring the planning, organization and execution of maintenance, repairs, installations and network configurations, as well as conducting checks and functional tests of our devices in ophthalmology and microsurgery Technical support for clinics, ophthalmologists and opticians Support at trade fairs as well as for sales at customers or in project work Your qualifications Technical training, possibly further training as a technician (m/f/d) Knowledge of mechanics and electronics, ideally in optics Experience in field and customer service advantageous IT skills (Windows-based software applications) Basic knowledge of network technology advantageous Very good knowledge of German and preferably basic knowledge of English Teamwork and organizational skills Willingness to travel Ideally located
