    Job DescriptionSalary: DOE (Base Salary + Commissions)

    JR & Co., Inc is seeking a Sales Executive responsible for ensuring growth and sales for JR & Co., Inc. through the sale of JR Roofing products/services, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Make initial contacts and establish relationships with decision makers and targeted markets to sell roofing services.
    • Support prospecting and lead generation efforts
    • Develop strategic partnerships, relationships, and alliances for company growth, maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities
    • Engage clients to uncover and close growth opportunities to meet sales objectives
    • Create and present sales proposals tailored to the target audience
    • Collaborate with Estimators and negotiate contract terms with clients
    • Track and report on status of proposal components
    • Respond to client inquiries
    • Collaborate with Marketing to develop tools and strategies for entering target markets
    • Represent JR & Co., Inc. at all assigned networking functions
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of JR&CO offerings as well as current market research to identify profitable business opportunities
    • Maintain detailed client database and prospecting list
    • Record and update all business development activities and results on CRM

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Valid Driver License
    • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
    • Highly motivated and willing to assume accountability for generating new business
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively across teams
    • High level of professionalism and business acumen
    • Knowledge of roofing systems, applications and benefits is a plus or ability to learn quickly is critical
    • Organizational and time management skills
    • Accuracy and attention to detail required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
    • Cold calling and acquisition experience desired
    • Sales experience strongly preferred
