Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for corporate collections? We are currently seeking a Consulting Corporate Collections Specialist who is highly skilled in B2B collections, cash applications, account reconciliations, and managing aging reports.
This position requires a candidate who can effectively manage deductions and shortages, process claims, and perform soft collections.As a Consulting Corporate Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Managing all aspects of B2B collections, ensuring prompt and accurate payment from clients.
Applying cash applications and managing aging reports to keep track of outstanding invoices.
Conducting account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records and identify any discrepancies.
Processing claims related to inventory shortages and other financial issues.
Performing soft collections, communicating with clients in a professional and respectful manner to resolve payment issues.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
Providing expert advice and consultation on corporate collections strategies and best practices.
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Corporate Collections Specialist position will have the following qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate collections, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
Proven expertise in B2B collections, cash applications, and managing aging reports.
Strong skills in account reconciliations and handling deductions and shortages.
Experience in processing claims and performing soft collections.
Proficiency in using financial software and other relevant computer applications.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
