- Provide supervision to the Operating Room Nurse Manager, Perioperative Nurse Supervisors, OR educator, and OR staff.
- Conduct staff evaluations, spearhead professional development initiatives, ensure compliance of standards set by the facility, and take charge of short and long-term projects for the unit.
- Assist in managing the department's budget and additional administrative duties when needed.
- O versee 8 state of the art OR's, 4 GI suites, 2 IR suites, Cath Lab, Neuro, Dialysis and Robotics.
- Relationship building and community provider outreach is expected in this role.
- Optimize surgery schedules for efficient workflow in the OR
- Managing expenses and revenue reimbursement experience needed.
- A strategic leader who is ready to bring about change is crucial.
- Master's degree in business or related field
- 5-10 years' experience in an Operating Room RN and /or revenue cycle experience for Operating Room/ Interventional Programs.
