    JOB SUMMARY

    As we launch our North American Expansion Plan, we are looking for logistics professionals that are successful in their current role yet looking to expand their responsibilities, further develop personally as a company leader and drive personal and company financial gains.

    The Sales Exec is responsible for 3PL& Warehousing sales activities while coordinating with cross-functional departments within the business.

    Responsibilities
    Appropriately manage all activities needed to achieve or exceed margin and profitability goals for the western region with a focus on warehousing sales
    Participate in overall B2B and B2C services and processing, focusing on improving fulfillment and operational excellence.
    Setting the direction of warehouse services for the western region
    Maintain close communication with the warehouse manager and the team.
    Develop sales strategies for different commodities and customers. Monitor market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments, and funnel relevant information in the industry to the leadership team.
    Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and the team.

    Have a strong business sense with the ability to drive growth, and directly impact the building of new solutions, and services across the company's growing footprint.

    Provide continuous feedback to management on both the successes and challenges of the warehousing business.

    Provide input to developing strategic sales plans that reflect the company's business strategy to advance market share and achieve profitable growth.

    Experience
    More than 3 years of demonstrated experience in selling warehousing, fulfillment, and/or supply, chain services.
    Demonstrated track record of sales achievement where targets were met and exceeded
    A strong business sense of the Warehousing and 3PL industry.

    Successful track record in directly driving business/sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and working cross-functionality with peers in trucking, IMC, Freight Forwarding, Brokerage, etc.

    Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
    Demonstrated experience building a robust pipeline that meets sales targets
    Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
