- Work with the team to build and configure SharePoint sites
- Define and implement optimal SharePoint site settings, folder structures, roles, and security.
- Provide SharePoint expertise to the team when engaging with client SharePoint administrators.
- Be a proactive, solution-oriented self-starter with the ability to quickly assemble the big picture.
- Actively participate in agile software development activities, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS - Willingness to obtain a government security clearance, if requested.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- 0-2 years of experience in the software development field
- Understanding of SharePoint and its various features, such as lists, libraries, content types, modern vs classic experiences, and permissions.
- Experience developing custom workflows, forms, and templates using SharePoint Framework
- Experience with Power Automate, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to gather and translate Agile user stories to technical solutions and implement those requirements.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Experience with the ServiceNow development platform.
- Experience with using JavaScript and jQuery Libraries to render SharePoint data.
- Experience with Atlassian's Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones, and cultures.
- Experience working in a consultant/client environment.
