- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Excellent Banking domain knowledge and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, C#, or C++.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and verbal).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with one of the database systems (e.g., SQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
