- Resolve customer issues through phone, network and on onsite support
- Install and test systems at new and existing locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records of installed software
- Manage software and procedures for upgrades
- Work with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensure that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule
- Analyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardization
- Create user accounts and managing access control based on company policies
- Terminate and test network cabling
- Previous experience with desktop hardware, slot accounting/player tracking and network connectivity a plus.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong systems troubleshooting skills required
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities with reliable transportation.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Systems and Support Specialist will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting Konami Synkros system for the slot route and multiple casinos.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
