    Desktop Support Specialist
    Las Vegas, NV (onsite)
    12+Month Contract

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide timely solutions for end user computer and networking issues.
    • Perform restorative actions remotely or on-site.
    • Maintain accurate records of end-user issues.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and management.
    • Complete small projects and document processes.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Basic hands-on experience in technical support.
    • Competency in troubleshooting desktop and connectivity issues.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • A+ Certification.
