    YOUR OPPORTUNITY

    As the Inventory Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our inventory processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent analytical skills, and has a proven track record in inventory management.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


    Inventory Control:

    Develop and implement inventory management procedures to maintain accurate stock levels.

    Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to identify and rectify discrepancies.

    Monitor and analyze inventory turnover and aging to optimize stock levels.

    Stock Coordination:

    Collaborate with teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to locations.

    Work closely with the team to align inventory levels.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment.

    Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend adjustments to inventory strategies.

    Technology Utilization:

    Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and update records.

    Implement and optimize the use of technology for barcode scanning and other inventory tracking systems.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Knowledge of retail industry.
