\tAs an Agricultural Equipment Store Manager reporting directly to Corporate Management, you will oversee the operations of our agricultural equipment retail store. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the business. \t\tUtilize digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach target customers.\r

\t\tMonitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts in your market area and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.\r

\tQualifications:
