    Description

    SUMMARY
    The Analyst, Operations-Business Applications is an experienced collaborator who will play a pivotal role in implementation and ongoing support of Welltower's Yardi Operator Platform. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work cross-functionally internally and directly with Welltower's operators to streamline system workflows and improve operational efficiencies. The Senior Analyst, Operations-Business Applications will be required to work within a high demand, performance driven environment that focuses on implementing scalable solutions that are aligned with the company's overall business strategy.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develops and leverages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives

    • Provides support and executes implementation tasks related to onboarding Welltower's operators on the Yardi platform, with a focus on property accounting and financial reporting

    • Works closely with AVP, Operations in the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs across multiple mediums for operations teams, ensuring they are proficient in Yardi system use

    • Serves as primary provider of training and help desk support to Welltower's operators in the use of tools and systems, with a focus on accounting process,

    • Prepares training environment and materials and schedules training sessions

    • Conducts routine audits to ensure users are provisioned in alignment with Welltower's segregation of duties and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

    • Collaborates with internal support teams to resolve technical challenges

    • Provides support related to workflow optimization and system upgrades

    • Provides service consistent with Welltower's core values

    TRAVEL
    Out-of-area and overnight travel should be expected as outlined in specific projects for which this role will engage.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Skills / Specialized Knowledge:

    • Ability to manage portfolios of work

    • Solid understanding of project management and agile practices, with the ability to teach and coach others

    • Keen ability to engage and lead teams

    • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and communications skills

    • Effective documentation and reporting skills

    Experience:

    • 3+ years' experience working in real estate, finance, or technology required

    • 3+ years' experience with Yardi Systems, preferably with a focus on property accounting

    • Preferred experience with the following Yardi products/modules: Voyager (Commercial, Residential, Senior Housing), Payscan, eProcurement, Vendor Café, Fixed Assets, Commercial Management, Investment Accounting, Job Cost, Facility Manager, RentCafé Suite, Construction Manager, Utility Manager and Pulse Insights, Deal Manager, Loan and Debt Manager, Forecast Manager, and Document Manager

    • 3+ years' experience in technical troubleshooting

    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

    • Project Management and Technical Support experience

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, real estate, computer science, or related field

    • Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification strongly preferred
