    Description

    Real Estate Financial Analyst at ProSource Staffing

    Opportunity Overview
    Join our team as a Real Estate Financial Analyst at ProSource Staffing! In this role, you will assist the Vice President with the execution of accounting operations for real estate investments, ensuring accurate and timely financial information consolidation. We are looking for someone with creative and flexible skills to thrive in our dynamic environment.

    • Consolidate financial statements from various sources
    • Collaborate with property management teams to address financial issues at the property level
    • Conduct monthly and year-end closing procedures for commercial and multi-family real estate
    • Prepare and review financial reports for final approval by the VP, Accounting
    • Perform reconciliations of property management data with company records
    • Review loan and operating agreements
    • Record distribution waterfalls and reconcile cash balances across multiple accounts

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    • 3+ years of Real Estate portfolio-level accrual accounting experience
    • Prior experience in multifamily property accounting is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with Entrata, MRI, or Yardi accounting software is preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and enhance efficiencies
    • Must possess strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
