Identify and pursue new sales leads to expand product offerings. Present and promote Village Handcrafted Cabinetry's offerings to build lasting partnerships. Cultivate robust relationships with clients and suppliers for long-term collaboration. Understand the company's product line, market dynamics, and competition. Conduct thorough market research to uncover growth opportunities. Lead and coordinate the business development team to achieve goals. Coordinate with the Marketing department to align strategies. Oversee product line evolution to meet market demands. Create tailored proposals to address client needs. Provide consistent sales support for client satisfaction. Attend industry events to stay updated on trends. Develop accurate sales forecasts and surpass targets. Train sales representatives for effective client acquisition. Collaborate with design and sales teams to exceed client expectations. Demonstrate strong time management, multitasking, and leadership. Deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise. Motivate team members to achieve organizational objectives.SKILLS & DUTIES Ability to identify and pursue new sales leads effectively, pitch company goods and services persuasively, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing clients and suppliers. Capacity to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities for business growth, and devise effective strategies for market expansion.Thorough understanding of Village Handcrafted Cabinetry's products, as well as the ability to articulate their features and benefits to clients.
Proficiency in conducting comprehensive market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.Ability to lead and coordinate a business development team, collaborate effectively with Sales Managers, and provide guidance and direction to achieve collective objectives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas, negotiate deals, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, assess business opportunities, and make informed decisions. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, business priorities, and client needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage sales processes and track client interactions.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and senior management, to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.
