What to Expect

You will be responsible for developing and establishing a company academy, as well as conceptualizing a learning center for the industrial sector
You will provide guidance to managers and employees on matters of personnel and leadership development, and will be responsible for the conception, implementation, and management of a strategic leadership development program
You will be in charge of implementing new digital learning techniques and developing target group-oriented learning formats, and will also oversee vocational training
