What you will do with us:

  • Support of drive technology as well as low and medium voltage systems in the factory to reduce downtime and repair costs
  • Identification and implementation of measures to optimize and standardize systems
  • Assuming project management responsibilities, such as process optimization or maintenance projects in the field of electrical engineering, as well as planning and commissioning of modernizations, and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines
  • Collaboration and exchange with other factory locations
  • Responsibility for strict compliance and further development of all aspects of occupational safety, environmental and energy goals
  • Creation and monitoring of KPIs and continuous optimization of ongoing systems

What you bring with you:

  • Completed degree in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering
  • Ideally, some professional experience in a similar position as well as practical knowledge in the field of production and process engineering; First experience in project management and control
  • Relevance to electrical energy technology and drive technology as well as knowledge of common relevant regulations and laws (e.g. DIN VDE)
  • Assertiveness, persuasiveness, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Enjoyment of shaping the dynamic environment of a sugar factory; Willing
