    Description
    The Product Owner II will beresponsible for developing and executing a comprehensive approachto deliver one or more products, capabilities, services, orenhancements in accordance with the product roadmap. Works withProduct Managers, Business Leaders, and a cross-functional Scrumteam to deliver the product to the Client. Manages the overalleffort to deliver products, capabilities, services and enhancementsusing the strategic vision as well as established key performanceindicators. Understands the functionality and determines therelease sequence. Prioritizes and maintains the product backlog andperforms just-in-time story elaboration with the developmentteam.

    Planning:
    • Supports Release Train and scrum team(s) via ProductIncrement (PI) planning, defect prioritization, managing theproduct backlog and software development details.
    • Partners with Product Managers to understand andinfluence product strategy and roadmaps and to aggregate andconceive ideas for enhancing product performance and achievingproduct success/KPIs.
    • Helps ensure productexecution meets strategy and requirements.
    • Helps refine features into user stories and story acceptancecriteria.
    Development:
    • Partners with one scrum team to build, enhance andmanage one or more products, capabilities or services.
    • Facilitates solution optioning with Engineering.
    • Coordinates with other Agile ProductManagers to deliver on a vision that crosses multiple deliverystreams or release trains.
    Sales and ClientEngagement:
    • Partners withsales, sales operations, client solutions, and client marketingteams to communicate product performance and value for in-marketproducts.
    Technical/FunctionalSkills:
    • AnalyticalThinking - Working knowledge of and ability to apply effectiveanalytical techniques and tools.
    • Analyzesissues, determines root cause, and creates/compares alternativesolutions that are in the best interest of the business. Approachessituations by defining the issue, determining its significance, andidentifying the forces, events and people impacting and impacted bythe situation at hand. Uses logic and intuition to make inferencesabout the meaning of data and draws conclusions.
    • Project Administration & Management - Workingknowledge of and ability to use methods, practices, and tools formanaging projects. Utilizes project management tools forestimation, dependency identification, conflict identification,task assignments, documentation, and reporting. Documents projectmeetings, including status reports on deliverables and next steps.Skilled in cost-benefit analyses, tracking and reviewing actualversus planned costs. Ensures project-related problems aresurfaced, documented, and reported to appropriate team members, andhave ownership for resolution.
    • RequirementsAnalysis - Working knowledge of and ability to elicit, analyze anddocument required business requirements. Engages with thecustomers, users, and other stakeholders to gather requirements.Utilizes appropriate methods, tools, and techniques forrequirements analysis. Challenges, and manages conflicts andexpectations associated with requirements analysis.
    • System and Technology Integration - Working knowledge oftechnology system features and facilities and the ability tointegrate and communicate among applications, databases, andplatforms. Works with existing interfaces as well as integrationand migration plans within own area and across aligned/associatedareas. Explores major issues and considerations for successfulsystem integration. Plays an active role in current and plannedintegration efforts.
    • Technology Savvy -Working knowledge of technology and its ability to improve workprocesses and results (e.g., enhance productivity, efficiency,collaboration, quality, or customer satisfaction). Skilled in usingtechnology to solve work-related problems and create new businessopportunities. Pursues opportunities to develop knowledge andexperiments with emerging technology solutions that can helpaccomplish work goals. Serves as a resource to help othersunderstand and anticipate the impact of technology on currentprocesses, products, and services.

    Education,Experience and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years'experience in a related field. The right candidate could also havea different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field
    • Working knowledge of Product specialty/jobarea principles concepts, practices.
    • Workingknowledge of SAFe Agile Methodology.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate data into quantifiableactions/deliverables.
    • Strong writingability.
    • Work experience in design,development and implementation of product plans.
    • Experience in full product lifecycle methodologies.
    • Experience in creating, prioritizing andrecommending epics and features.
    • Experiencein a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

    Compensation:

    Compensationincludes a base salary of $85, $128, The base salarymay vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factorssuch as the ultimate location of the position and the selectedcandidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may beeligible for additional compensation that may include an incentiveprogram.
