    Our product owners are part of a talented Agile team, made up of creative and critical thinkers including business stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Solution Architects, and Engineers.

    We're looking for someone who obsesses about creating exceptional user experiences as part of a self-starting, cross-functional team.

    As a product owner, you will serve as the voice of the customer to guide development teams in building software capabilities with the highest business and customer impact.

    Do you want to help shape the future of one of the top 50 performing insurance companies in the United States? Act as the voice of the customer to guide all stages of software development, including user story development, sprint planning, and prioritization of the product backlog.

    Work with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document user stories.
    Participate in sprint planning to determine the team's objectives for the upcoming sprint.

    Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog refinements, and team retrospectives; Analyze feedback from sprint reviews, and other data such as end-user feedback and operational metrics, to identify and understand product needs.

    Work with the development team to create acceptance criteria and definitions of done.
    Assist the team in the development of feature tests, test cases, and regression tests.
    A bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.
    At least 4 years of relevant work experience. Relevant work experience should center around product management or equivalent education, training, or experience.
    Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (PO certifications are a plus).
    Even more bonus points if you have B2B software product experience.
    You actively build partnerships of trust and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
