We are currently seeking a
Skilled Worker / Occupational Therapist (m/f/d) for our
Vocational Training Department in
Ingelfingen to start as soon as possible on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your responsibilities:

You will support school leavers and career changers with intellectual disabilities on their path to participation in the workforce and prepare them for employment in a workshop or on the open job market.
Using appropriate tools, you will assess the technical, methodological, social, and personal skills of the participants.
Together with the participants, you will establish individual integration plans and set educational goals.
You will design and conduct technical training in the agreedupon fields of work.
Your responsibilities will also include documenting the services provided and reporting to funding agencies.
