Job Description

As a department manager (m/f/d) for sales support, you are an important part of the largest sales team in our industry.

You are responsible for increasing customer loyalty, acquiring new customers, and leading the team.

Team Leadership: You are responsible for leading the team in the regional operation of approximately 20 employees, consisting of sales and administration. This includes coaching and developing the team.

Business Development/Progress: As department manager, you are responsible for the sustainable development of customers and gaining market share. You keep a clear focus on the target goals (inbound and outbound).

Customer Consultation: Equipped with the latest systems and technical equipment, you passionately advise our customers on our unique offers, thereby increasing sales and profitability.

Implementation of Customer Strategy: You implement our customer strategy and drive collaboration between different internal interfaces.

Teamwork: Together with our customer management in the support department, wholesale market, and delivery, you form an unbeatable team.
