Are you looking to actively shape the success of a dynamic and future-oriented company as a CFO?

We are currently seeking a full-time CFO (m/f/d) for our holding company in Murray, IA.


The HY-LINE Group has been a successful distributor and representative of renowned manufacturers of electronic components and modules for 35 years.

In addition, they support the development of complete systems in the areas of human-machine interfaces, embedded computing systems, wireless technologies, power supply, power electronics, energy storage, and signal management.


The HY-LINE Holding manages the group of companies and provides shared services in the areas of human resources, marketing communication, IT, finance, and controlling for the companies in Germany and Switzerland.

The location of the HY-LINE Holding is in Unterhaching near Munich.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Assume financial leadership
  • Support the CEO as a strong sparring partner
  • Manage and optimize all processes in the accounting department
  • Responsible for the quality of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB & IFRS
  • Establish controlling processes and introduce corresponding structures and tools
  • Establish a cash flowfocused management system
  • Create and coordinate budget plans and forecasts
  • Interface with shareholders, auditors, tax advisors, and banks
  • Digitize financial processes
  • Lead and develop the finance team
