Manage & Maintain Accounting Systems:
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, budget, and project accounting; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Financial Reporting:
Review, validate, and distribute financial statements.
Month-End Close:
Manage monthly closing of financial records and post-month-end information.
Reconciliations & Journal Entries:
Review reconciliations, post journal entries for various accounts, and maintain proper documentation.
Balance Sheet Analysis:
Prepare reconciliation schedules and analyze all balance sheet general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations.
Teamwork & Support:
Collaborate with the finance team on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and general ledger tasks to ensure accurate financial statements.
What You'll Bring to the Accounting Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA License (preferred but not required)
5+ years of accounting experience.
3+ years of supervisory experience (or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training).
Prior experience with Lawson M3accounting software(preferred but not required)
