The Print House is a printing company located in Frisco, TX. Our goal is to offer high-quality printing services for personal and business needs at affordable prices with speedy turnaround times. We offer a wide range of printing services from small formats like business cards and flyers to large-scale items such as banners, trade show displays, and signs. Our team is equipped to handle printing jobs of any size and material.
Role Description
The Print House is seeking a full-time, on-site CSM/Account Manager to join our team in Frisco, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their printing needs are met. You will manage multiple accounts, prepare quotes, process and impose orders, coordinate with our production team on print deadlines, and help guide customers to their end goals. The ideal candidate will not only be a customer-focused individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, but must be a fast learner and be able to understand and process quickly. This position has a huge learning curve when it comes to understanding all aspects of print, digital and wide format, so it's important that this is understood, as there will be a lot of time spent learning all aspects of the business.
Qualifications
-Outstanding communication skills and ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships with clients
-Demonstrate ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
-Strong computer skills
-Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Familiarity with printing production processes
