Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d)

Tasks, competencies and responsibilities

Formal and substantive review of incoming invoices
Requesting approval and booking of business transactions in the accounts payable workflow
Collection processing, preparation of balance confirmations, management of warranty certificates
Clarification of questions with suppliers and internal departments
Support for yearend closing activities
Preparation of simple evaluations from SAP, possibly with processing in Excel

Professional requirements

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
In addition, you have relevant accounting knowledge and secure knowledge of accounting
You are proficient in MS Office applications and ideally have experience working with SAP (FI/CO, MM)
You have a structured, careful, independent and solutionoriented way of working
And last but not least you enjoy your work which completes your profile
