Controller (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Fritzlar, with a start date as soon as possible.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education or experience
  • Management experience in the healthcare sector
  • Experience in controlling and strong numerical understanding

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic development and alignment of the company
  • Main responsibility and leadership in the areas of controlling, budgeting, calculation, investment planning, and procurement
  • Responsible for contract design and content in coordination with the management
  • Conducting contract negotiations
  • Responsible for communication with authorities, health insurance associations, and medical authorities as part of practice management
  • Disciplinary leadership of employees
  • Acquisition of new teleradiology cooperations
  • Monitoring and enforcement of legal requirements and company regulations
