The JDA cosmetic group is an internationally active manufacturer of high-end active cosmetics. Part of the group is the in-house brand JEAN D'ARCEL Cosmétique GmbH & Co. KG and the experienced contract manufacturer CARECOS Kosmetik GmbH.


The rapidly expanding CARECOS Kosmetik GmbH has been active for more than 25 years in the development and production of JDA skin care products and for many well-known high-quality cosmetic brands in Germany and internationally.


For CARECOS Kosmetik GmbH, we are currently looking for a: Production Planning and Control / Work Preparation Employee (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • Creating production plans, manufacturing orders, work plans, and bills of materials
  • Planning and controlling of internal and external manufacturing orders, taking into account demand, production capacity, personnel, and inventory
  • Coordination and control of manufacturing orders in collaboration with various departments and external manufacturers
  • Ensuring optimal utilization of production lines
  • Conducting inventory bookings / booking of manufacturing orders
  • Ensuring optimal supply control in collaboration with upstream and downstream departments, as well as with supply chain management
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Project work for the implementation of a capacity tool
  • Participation in process improvements, workflows, and production processes

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial field
  • Professional experience in work preparation or production planning
  • Good knowledge of an ERP system, specifically Microsoft Navision, is an advantage
