Job Description:

Your responsibilities:
Comprehensive, independent management of a large department store in terms of infrastructure, technology, and business
Project management of maintenance, modernization, and renovation measures while adhering to deadlines, costs, and quality
Planning, organizing, and implementing all maintenance, inspection, and repair measures
Budget planning and monitoring for maintenance, renovation, and management services, taking into account the maintenance strategy
Performance management and controlling of service providers
Organizing uninterrupted operations, including arranging emergency services for technical malfunctions
Customer-oriented collaboration with the store management/organization
Assuming the operator responsibility for the managed building(s) and ensuring operator obligations for technical equipment within the scope of maintenance
Managing employees

Your profile:
Degree in building services engineering and at least 3 years of professional experience in technical facility management, or a master/technician training (with at least 5 years of experience) in technical facility management, ideally in a department
