We offer a selection of approximately 20,000 bicycles, high-quality accessories, and the latest clothing highlights for both leisure riders and those with a competitive spirit. Our unique self-developed testing equipment and indoor test tracks provide our customers with an unparalleled experience, in addition to the largest selection in NRW.
To ensure the best possible service for our customers, we use the help desk software "Zendesk" in our company.

To adapt and optimize our processes, we are currently looking for an
Administrator / Process Optimizer (m/f/d) to join our headquarters in Gelsenkirchen.

Your responsibilities:

You monitor all processes related to Zendesk and ensure the functionality of the application at all times
You optimize existing processes and applications, especially in terms of interfaces with different departments
You ensure the quality of our processes
You are the main point of contact for all colleagues working with Zendesk

Your profile:

You have several years of experience in IT administration
You have a solid background in ticketing systems or Zendesk
You have a quick grasp and problemsolving skills
