Our Marketing team in Poth, TX is dedicated to increasing awareness of Mondu and its products.

We drive demand and lead generation by transforming research and insights into compelling messages that reach customers when and where they are most receptive.

Our team is made up of self-motivated individuals who take initiative, think big, and enjoy collaborating with their colleagues to come up with the best ideas and execution strategies.

What you'll do:

Assist in defining our event strategies by conducting independent research on event parameters such as organizers, service providers, giveaways, participants, speakers, and exhibitors.
Support structured project management by creating timelines, rundowns, booth designs, and communication concepts.
Use your creativity to develop unique approaches for our event presence by creating mood boards.
Collaborate with internal decisionmakers, departments, external service providers, and event organizers.
Promote our events through our website, social media, and newsletter, and assist with event execution (setup, monitoring, and dismantling).

What do you need to succeed in this role?:

Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Events Management, completing a _Praxissemester_, or have equivalent experience or an apprenticeship as an event manager.
Enjoy being handson and not just planning, but also executing at a high level. Seeing your ideas come to life energizes you
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German
