- Develop expert understanding of technology offerings such as JDLink, Service Advisor remote and aftermarket telematics options.
- Promote JESCO Connected Support capabilities.
- Implement the adoption of new technology and product offerings.
- Organize and write procedures relating to telematics to maintain consistency across the organization
- Identify machines in JESCO AOR that do not have active telematics and provide options to customer for devices.
- Maintain good cooperation and communication with all company departments.
- Develop and deliver customer and employee training for JDLink and aftermarket telematics solutions.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Provides solutions-based business consulting services to customers (i.e. advising customers on optimizing performance, reducing costs, operation efficiencies, etc.)
- Manage telematics device inventory and distribution.
- Execute other duties as assigned by management.
- 1+ years experience in a forestry construction equipment related role.
- Dealership sales, service, training, or other related work experience preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of electrical and wireless communication systems.
- Ability to operate with a solutions approach and identify existing/emerging customer needs.
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as MS Office and internet functions.
- Solid organization, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to store locations and customers.

Purpose:
Manages and enhances machine uptime and health for internal and external customers using telematics solutions, standard maintenance procedures, and diagnostic skills. Successfully implement the company's strategic plans relating to Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans, JDLink and Aftermarket telematics.
