Object Manager Special Cleaning/Subservices (Human)

This is your task:

You develop customized solutions or alternative courses of action together with your team at the site to create added value for our client and ensure the profitability of our contract.
The coordination of tasks in special cleaning and other subservices is fully within your area of responsibility.
Material orders and quality controls are part of your recurring tasks.
Reporting, budget monitoring, and optimization are a matter of course for you.
At the same time, you are responsible for the development and training of your team and take care of personnel deployment planning and administrative tasks.
Throughout all of this, you always have an eye on fulfilling our contractually agreed services.

This is what you bring:

Completed vocational training in building cleaning, ideally a master's degree in building cleaning.
You have extensive professional experience in this or a similar position or as an operations/object manager, ideally with experience in personnel management and cleanroom or hospital cleaning or other areas of special cleaning.
